Wind Down for the Weekend Meditation

Description: Wind Down for the Weekend: Let us continue to join together to find ways to care for and nourish ourselves. Join together on Friday afternoons to wind down from the work week and transition to the weekend. Sessions will explore breathing practices and various meditation styles, along with time for guided reflection.

This session is open to students, staff and faculty and will begin Friday, September 10 and conclude on Friday, December 17.
