Description: This webinar is organized in partnership with ADVANCE at the University of Maryland.

This session will present basic principles for using your expertise and knowledge as the basis of a start-up. Everyone is invited to join in, whether you are interested in launching a non-profit or a for-profit company, large or small, whether you are in the sciences or humanities, whether you represent a professional field or research discipline. You’ll get ideas to think about, questions to consider, and information on where to go for resources and more in-depth information.
